Orders take 3 business days to process and 7-10 days to arrive via ground shipping.

Flat rate shipping is $16.50 for up to 2 cases (12 4-packs).
It is our goal to fulfill and ship all orders within 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Fulfillment time depends on what time of day the order is placed and what day the order is placed. Customers will be notified if product out-of-stock issues or other issues like weather may cause delays in shipment. When your package has been created with a shipping label and has been handed to the carrier, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Orders are shipped from the fulfillment center in CT. For orders shipped in-state, delivery takes 24 to 48 hrs. For orders crossing state lines, delivery generally takes 7- 12 business days. Orders to Oklahoma, Florida, California, Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas may take slightly longer, due to the use of local carriers in those states.
Customer Return Policy: Returns are not accepted as customers cannot legally ship consumable
goods back to us.
Refund Policy: We are not responsible for damaged inventory, but will handle customer
requests on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at orders@tipsyspritzers.com with your order
#, name, photos of UNOPENED damaged goods, and lot #s on bottom of each can. This process
can take up to 15 business days to complete on our end.
Address Change Policy: Address changes are not accepted after order placement.
